NYFA sponsors hundreds of artists' projects and more than fifty emerging organizations. Fiscal sponsorship is a legal means whereby donors can make tax-deductible contributions to individuals or organizations that are themselves not tax exempt.
Federal law does not allow an individual to designate the recipient of a re-grant made with his or her contribution. You may, however, recommend how we use your contribution. We will honor that recommendation whenever possible and let you know immediately if we are not able to do so.
Online Contributions by Credit Card
- NYFA uses NYCharities.org for online donations.
- When you make a donation to NYFA for a project or organization online, your credit card statement will read "NewYorkCharities.org."

- To recommend how you would like your contribution to be used, you may send us a letter or simply print out this page and use the simple form at the bottom.
